Team Peel Shines at CWSF 2026

Team Peel proudly represented the Peel Region Science Fair at the Canada-Wide Science Fair 2026 in Edmonton, Alberta, from May 23 to 30. This year was an outstanding success, with all six Team Peel finalists earning medals on the national stage.
Together, Team Peel brought home five Silver Medals and one Bronze Medal, along with special and challenge awards that recognized the students’ innovation, research, creativity, and dedication to STEM. These achievements reflect not only the strength of their individual projects, but also the growing excellence of young scientists and innovators across Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon.
Congratulations to Ananyya Tangirala, Aarsh Patel, Maanya Shah, Zunaira Wasi, Navya Madkan, and Madhav Saravanan for their remarkable accomplishments. Their success at CWSF 2026 is a proud moment for Peel Region and an inspiration to future science fair participants.
The Peel Region Science Fair extends sincere thanks to our students, families, teachers, mentors, judges, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. Their continued support makes it possible for students to pursue meaningful STEM research and represent Peel Region at the national level.
Looking ahead, the Canada-Wide Science Fair 2027 will take place in Hamilton, Ontario, from May 29 to June 5, 2027.
